TERESA VILLAGE TOUR

Welcome to Teresa Village.
We’re located at 321 Woodrow Street in Fort Walton Beach. Located between Eglin AFB and Hurlburt Field, residents have access to all base facilities, such as the commissary, BX, Health Care and a full range of recreational offerings. We're close to the shopping/restaurant areas of Fort Walton Beach, as well as the beautiful beaches of Choctawhatchee Bay and Santa Rosa Island, placing us in the heart of the Emerald Coast. You can enjoy all the benefits of “The Florida Lifestyle” right here with us.
Teresa Village features a combination of two-story apartments and single level buildings. We have 101 two-bedroom first and second floor apartments; eight one-bedroom first floor apartments and seven three-bedroom houses. There are no elevators, so residents must be able to negotiate stairs. Each apartment comes equipped with appliances, but you bring your furnishings to make it your own. The monthly fee covers water, sewer, garbage, maintenance, security costs and basic cable. Electricity, telephone, premium cable and internet services are the resident’s responsibility. Prices vary depending on the size of your unit and personal utility usage. A storage room is located in the apartment’s covered patio area. Security guards are on duty evenings, weekends and holidays.
Our 4,920-square foot Community Center houses a dining room, kitchen, small chapel, library, gift shop, and an arts and crafts/game room. This is the hub of Teresa Village social life. Residents gather for coffee and donuts, cards and board games or to watch the big screen TV. The community center is the spot for line dancing, weekly potlucks and cookouts, bingo and ice cream socials. It offers a pool table and exercise equipment too.
Teresa Village also boasts a swimming pool where you can relax or exercise. Water aerobics are offered during the warm months. We also have a lovely picnic area equipped with a large, permanent barbeque grill. This is the site of the annual Oktoberfest, celebrating our Village Anniversary. We also have our popular 4th of July and Labor Day picnics here. The horseshoe pit can always be counted on to draw a crowd of expert pitchers and those new to the game.
